Bentley: We Will Be Prepared

Bentley: We Will Be Prepared

With the season creeping ever closer, and the fixtures for the 2014/2015 now known, Jim Bentley knows the importance of Morecambe 'being ready' for the season ahead and ready for a busy schedule.

He said, a week or so ago, that he's certain that the season opener at Dagenham & Redbridge followed by three home games in a week against Bradford City, Newport County and Oxford United will all be tough and busy but his side will be ready for it.

Bentley told the Visitor: 'It is certainly going to be a busy opening two weeks of the season but we will be prepared.

'I don't look too much into the fixture list as basically you have to play every team twice, home and away, and every game is a difficult one where you have to be at your best.'

It'll be a busy start but it will be a busy season anyway but getting pre-season right helps for the season ahead, this will be the first aim in the coming weeks.
