Ending On A High

Morecambe's first-team season isn't over yet, however it's hoped that this will end 'on a high' this weekend.

The reserve side ended the Third Development League season on a positive note with a win over Shrewsbury Town thanks to a 35-yard freekick from Ryan Williams, notorious for his stunning freekicks.

A strong Shrimps side featured a number of first-team players that will be looking to feature at the weekend when the curtain comes down on another season, which Jim Bentley can hope will end positively also.
