Morecambe Host Carlisle In JPT

The Johnstone's Paint Trophy gives most clubs in league one and league two the chance of playing at Wembley; that they wouldn't ordinarily expect. Morecambe being among them.

Following the draw for round two, made live on Soccer AM on Saturday, the Shrimps now know who they will face.

This draw saw them paired with Carlisle, with Morecambe having the advantage of being at the Globe.

Obviously survival in league two is the main priority for Morecambe but this is a cup competition that Bentley will want to do well in, as will the fans.

The further that the club can go the more that the dream of turning out at Wembley and having the chance to win some silverware changes to become a reality...
