Shrimps Awarded
Morecambe have, once again, been awarded the Football League Family Excellence Award.
The awards are handed out after a "mystery shopper" type experience is carried out, and such was The Shrimps impression made that they were awarded with the accolade for a third year in a row. Some clubs, from the 47 awarded, won this for a six successive season.
With 2012/13 secured plans will already be turned to the 2013/14 season in the hope of securing this award once more, something that is always going to be the aim.
